Choco-Yummy Vegan Chocolate-Covered Raisins

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine chocolate chips and shortening in a microwaveable bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue until all chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Add raisins and mix until coated.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, remove the coated raisins.
  5. Placed drained raisins on parchment paper and let cool to harden.
  6. Once cooled, if needed, break pieces into smaller bits.
  7. Enjoy and share with your loved ones!
