This was a winning recipe from the Go Dairy Free / ZenSoy recipe contest in January 2011. It was submitted by Kiersten – “I’ve been making these for a long time (I love ZenSoy pudding!) and they’re really good.”
Serves: 4 pops
  • 1-4 Pack of ZenSoy Chocolate Pudding (this is about 1-1/2 cups of prepared pudding)
  • 1 large ripe banana, cut into large chunks
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth, whatever you prefer)
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
