Mom’s Easiest Cupcakes

Thanks to Nicole, a mom who contributed the recipe for the easiest cupcakes. Any brand cake mix can be used, but due to her children’s milk and egg allergies, she seeks out ones that will work for them. She has trialed Devil’s Food cake mix and White cake mix (makes more of a spice cake) with great success.  No added oil, eggs, or milk required.  Baking really doesn’t get much easier than this!
