Special Diet Notes: Pear Berry Crumble

- 35 grams flour
- 25 grams sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 pears, peeled, cored and chopped
- 100 grams raspberries
- 50 grams sugar
- Preheat the oven to 190C/300F.
- Mix the fruit and sugar together in a heatproof dish.
- In another bowl mix the flour, sugar and oil with your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Put the flour mix over the fruit then place in the oven for 30 mins until golden brown.
