    Dairy-Free Onion Soup Mix

I like to make my own dairy-free onion soup mix for cost, convenience, and quality control. It works well in various recipes, from dips to entrée seasoning, but our favorite use is in Swistle’s Soup, otherwise known as Mom’s Best Turkey Vegetable Soup.

Special Diet Notes: Dairy-Free Onion Soup Mix

By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, nut-free, peanut-free, soy-free, and all around food allergy-friendly. Just be sure to select your bouillon wisely, as some do contain allergens and/or additives.

For a dairy-free onion soup mix that is also vegan and vegetarian, use a vegan bouillon, such a Edward & Son’s.

    • ¾ cup dried minced onion
    • 4 teaspoons onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
    Instructions
