Decadent Dairy-Free Chocolate Ice Cream Cups Recipe

Serves: 12 ice cream cups
  1. Spray mini shortcake pan (available at Williams-Sonoma) with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  3. Combine all ingredients, except the frozen dessert, in bowl of electric mixer. Mix on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely before removing the shortcakes from pan.
  7. Top with frozen dessert and other toppings as desired.
