Healthy Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients
- 6 ounces vanilla dairy-free yogurt (So Delicious Vanilla Greek Cultured Almond Milk was used here)
- ¾ cup quick or old-fashioned oats (can use certified gluten-free oats)
- ¾ cup plain almond milk
- 3 to 4 strawberries, cleaned, hulled and halved
- Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Cut each strawberry into 4 to 6 pieces (depends on how big each strawberry).
- In a bowl, put the vanilla greek cultured almond milk, oats, cut strawberries (reserve 2 to 3 pieces for topping) and almond plus. Stir well, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- When served, put reserved strawberries on top. Enjoy cooled strawberry oatmeal.
- If you prefer sweeter taste and the strawberries are not sweet enough, add agave or sugar.
