Special Diet Notes: Cashew Nut Milk

- 5 ounces raw cashew nuts
- 2 cups water
- Place the nuts and water in a blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Strain through a very fine sieve, pushing the mixture through with a wooden spoon. Try it in both sweet and savory recipes.
