By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, and vegetarian.

Cashew Nut Milk
  • 5 ounces raw cashew nuts
  • 2 cups water
  1. Place the nuts and water in a blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Strain through a very fine sieve, pushing the mixture through with a wooden spoon. Try it in both sweet and savory recipes.
