    Ingredients
    • 1 pound chicken breast, quartered
    • 12 small yellow potatoes, quartered
    • ¾ pound green beans
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 pound chicken breast, quartered

    • ¾ pound green beans
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon herbs de Provence
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
    Instructions
    1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
    2. Place the chicken, potatoes, and green beans in rows in 13x9-inch baking dish with the chicken in the middle. Drizzle it with the olive oil. Evenly sprinkle on the garlic, herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper.
    3. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF and the potatoes are tender.
