- 1 pound chicken breast, quartered
- 12 small yellow potatoes, quartered
- ¾ pound green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- Place the chicken, potatoes, and green beans in rows in 13x9-inch baking dish with the chicken in the middle. Drizzle it with the olive oil. Evenly sprinkle on the garlic, herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF and the potatoes are tender.
