By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, nut-free, peanut-free, soy-free, and vegetarian. For a vegan Pink Sunrise cocktail, simply use agave nectar in place of the honey.
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz Sour Puss Mix (raspberry liqueur)
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1½ ounces So Delicious Culinary Coconut Milk or Vanilla Creamer
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker, shake with 3 cubes of ice. Strain into a martini glass.
