Special Diet Notes: Avocado Heirloom Tomato Salad
By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.
- 1 avocado, pitted and cubed
- 1 heirloom tomato, cubed
- ¼ cup basil leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime’s juice
- Pinch celtic sea salt and pepper, to taste
- In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients and toss well.
- Serving suggestion: enjoy with cabbage pieces cut into ‘chips’, in a wrap, or on a flax cracker.
