Avocado Heirloom Tomato Salad

By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.

Avocado Heirloom Tomato Salad
Serves: 2
  • 1 avocado, pitted and cubed
  • 1 heirloom tomato, cubed
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, torn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime’s juice
  • Pinch celtic sea salt and pepper, to taste
  1. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients and toss well.
  2. Serving suggestion: enjoy with cabbage pieces cut into ‘chips’, in a wrap, or on a flax cracker.
