This recipe is courtesy of Manitoba Harvest.  They produce and sell hemp seeds, hemp milk, hemp oil, and hemp butter!  Their facility is dedicated, so it is excellent for those with milk allergy and other food allergy concerns.
Serves: 10 to 12 servings
  • ⅓ cup hemp seed oil
  • ¼ cup shelled hemp seeds (Hemp Hearts)
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 15-oz can garbonzo beans
  • 1 15-oz can soy beans
  • 1 15-oz can kidney beans
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Chill before serving.
