Mashed Potatoes

This is a very simple and basic mashed potatoes recipes that can be fancied up easily. Add roasted garlic puree, fresh chives, or fresh parsley. Sprinkle dairy-free cheeses on top or stir into potatoes while mashing. Or serve with some creamy gravy for some ultimate comfort food!

Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 2½ pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 1 to 1⅛ cups dairy-free milk beverage (like Almond Breeze)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain. Mash with potato masher. Stir in ¾ cup dairy-free milk. Adjust liquid for desired consistency. Add more Vanilla Almond BreezeĀ® if a creamier potato is desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
