This is a very simple and basic mashed potatoes recipes that can be fancied up easily. Add roasted garlic puree, fresh chives, or fresh parsley. Sprinkle dairy-free cheeses on top or stir into potatoes while mashing. Or serve with some creamy gravy for some ultimate comfort food!

By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, vegetarian, and optionally nut-free.
- 2½ pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1 to 1⅛ cups dairy-free milk beverage (like Almond Breeze)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain. Mash with potato masher. Stir in ¾ cup dairy-free milk. Adjust liquid for desired consistency. Add more Vanilla Almond Breeze® if a creamier potato is desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
