Simple Roasted Asparagus

Serves: 4 servings
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Trim off dry ends of asparagus.
  3. Place asparagus in oven-proof dish and toss with olive oil and a pinch or two of salt until all asparagus is coated.
  4. Roast in 400 degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
  5. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
