    Author: Bob's Red Mill
    Serves: 12 servings or 5½ cups
    Ingredients
    • 1 cup Rolled Barley Flakes
    • 1 cup Regular Rolled Oats
    • ½ cup Shredded Coconut
    • ½ cup unsalted whole Almonds
    • ½ cup Wheat Germ
    • ½ cup Roasted Sunflower Seeds
    • ½ cup Raisins
    • ½ cup Honey
    • ¼ cup Light Corn Syrup
    • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    • 1 tsp. Almond Extract
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
    2. In a large bowl, stir together first seven ingredients.
    3. In a medium bowl, use medium speed of an electric mixer to beat remaining ingredients until well blended.
    4. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients, stirring until well coated. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet.
    5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
    6. Cool completely in pan.
    7. Break into pieces.
    8. Store in an airtight container.
