Ingredients
- 1 Sambazon Acai Smoothie Pack (or sub in your favorite frozen fruit)
- 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seed
- 1-2 scoops of greens powder (she recommends Amazing Grass)
- 1 ripe banana
- Coconut Water to reach desired consistency

- Blend all ingredients together.
