    Author: Enjoy Life Foods
    Recipe type: Dessert
    Cuisine: American
    Serves: 6 s'mores treats
    Ingredients
    • 1 (10-ounce) package Enjoy Life Soft-Baked Cookies (see Cookie Note below)
    • 3 large marshmallows (see Marshmallow Note below)
    • 1 (1-ounce) chocolate bar (like Enjoy Life Rice Milk Bars or Dark Chocolate Bars)
    Instructions
    1. Cut the marshmallows in half to make 6 pieces total.
    2. Break the chocolate bar into four sections. Then break each section in half for a total of eight pieces.
    3. Slightly flatten two of the cookies. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut each cookie
    4. Place one piece of chocolate in the center of one cookie. Slightly flatten a marshmallow piece and place it on top of the chocolate. Cover with remaining cookie. Repeat this step with the remaining cookies and marshmallows (you will have two pieces of chocolate left).
    5. Place the sweetheart s’mores on a microwavable plate. Microwave for 10 to 20 seconds or until the chocolate starts to melt and the marshmallow softens.
    6. Consume immediately!
    Notes
Cookie Note: The original recipe uses their Snickerdoodle Cookies, but their Soft Baked Brownie Cookies would also be great. If you use another brand, you will need 12 cookies, and make sure they are soft enough to easily cut.
Marshmallow Note: Use vegan marshmallows to keep this recipe vegan. But know that most varieties of vegan marshmallows contain soy.
