Vanilla Berry Hemp Bliss Smoothie


I have a variation of the smoothie below almost every morning … so when Manitoba Harvest (hempsters extraordinaire!) sent it out in this neat format, I just had to share. Enjoy!

By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, optionally nut-free, peanut-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.

Vanilla Berry Hemp Bliss Smoothie

Serves: 2 smoothies
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Hemp Protein
  • 2 cups vanilla dairy-free milk alternative
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen if possible, and broken into chunks)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
