Special Diet Notes: Watermelon Margaritas
By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, nut-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan / plant-based, and vegetarian. But of course, check your spirit ingredients – you never know where an allergen might sneak in!
- 3 ounces tequila
- 1½ ounces Triple Sec
- 1½ ounces Midori
- 4 ounces sour mix
- 12 ounces cubed, seeded watermelon chunks
- 16 ounces ice
- Lime or watermelon wedges, for garnish
- Place the tequila, Triple Sec, Midori, sour mix, watermelon and ice in a blender and puree.
- Divide the mixture between two 14-ounce glass (with salted rims, if desired) and garnish with lime or watermelon wedge.
