This TikTok trend is genius! It's a quesadilla meet a wrap, allowing or more filings than a quesadilla, but easier and toastier eating than a traditional wrap or burrito. We use fillings that make it just like a Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme, but you can mix things up with other fillings. See the post above for tips.

Recipe type: Entree
Cuisine: Mexican
Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients
1 large tortilla per person (gluten-free, if needed)
Tortilla chips, crushed slightly
Shredded lettuce
Salsa (optional)
Ground beef (we used Earth Grown Vegan Beefless Crumbles from Aldi seasoned with dairy-free taco seasoning)
Cut a straight line from the center of the tortilla to the bottom edge.
Working clockwise from the bottom left quarter of the tortilla, place a different filling in each quarter. Place ingredients that you don't want to get too warm, in this case the tortilla chips and lettuce with salsa (if using), in the first two quarters. Place meat or meat alternative in the third quarter, and cheese in alternative the fourth quarter.
Starting with the lower left quarter, fold the sections up over one another one by one.
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat or heat a grill press. Cook the wrap until browned on both sides.
