    Updated April 2022! Sweetgreen emerged in 2007 with a menu and business plan that was right on trend. They serve nutritious, sustainable, made-from-scratch eats serves as warm bowls, plates, or fresh salads. They use local and organic ingredients when possible, and offer a menu that’s rich with dairy-free and gluten-free options, and heavy on plants.

    Updated February 2022! Sweetgreen has a big core menu of items, but a few of the options below rotate seasonally. This menu guide includes dairy-free menu options first, followed by custom order components. Be aware of special order requirements in parentheses () next to the menu items, and see the Heads Up notes to help fill in the blanks.

    Other Allergen & Dietary Notes: All of the items listed below are made without egg, nuts, peanut, soy, and wheat/gluten unless otherwise noted. For vegan options, see the Vegan Menu Guide at the bottom of this post.

    Heads Up! The Green Goddess salad often changes ingredients with the season. In winter, we saw Green Goddess + Sweet Potato and Green Goddess Avocado, in spring they have Super Green Goddess. At the time of our reviews, these were all dairy-free and vegan with the dressing substituted for dairy-free options below.
