Additional flavors can be stirred into this creamy potato dish. Add roasted garlic puree, fresh chives, or fresh parsley. Sprinkle dairy-free cheeses on top or stir into potatoes while mashing.
- 2½ pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1 to 1⅛ cups Vanilla Almond Breeze®
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain. Mash with potato masher. Stir in ¾ cup Vanilla Almond Breeze®. Adjust liquid for desired consistency. Add more Vanilla Almond Breeze® if a creamier potato is desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
