Most of us like a little dessert – something sweet each day – regardless of what type of diet we might follow. And Base Culture Brownies, Blondies, and Brookies fill that void for those of us who might want a dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, wholesome, and/or paleo treat. They’re made with a nut butter base, and nicely sweetened with honey.

Good but unreliable inventory
Good products from Base Culture; but the abrupt and complete UNAVAILABILITY OF numerous items in their line (almond butter brownies, dark chocolate brookies, pumpkin bread etc) is disturbing.
Great healthy treat
I really love the Brookies. They have a dark chocolaty layer on top, a slightly cakey cookies, and chocolate chips throughout. I’m not usually a big fan of cakey cookies, but these just skirt the line. We also tried the Almond Butter Brownies. The flavor is excellent, and the texture is good, but I’m not a fan of chocolate cake, so these were just a little too cakey for my taste. But if you like chocolate cake, I highly recommend them.
