Living Harvest, founder of the Tempt brand, was one of the original hemp milk companies. They even came out with hemp milk ice cream and hemp tofu that was pretty tasty! Over the years, their product line up winded down, but their core brand is still around. It was bought by the natural food conglomerate Hudson River Foods, which has continued to make Tempt Hempmilk in a few key varieties.
Tempt Hempmilk by Living Harvest is an Omega-Rich Beverage Option
A few years back, the reformulated Tempt Hempmilk to be carrageenan-free. It also contains 10 essential amino acids, and they boast omega 3 and omega 6 “good” fats all over the packaging and their website. But they no longer say how many omega fatty acids there are per serving.

Stocking up!
I tried the vanilla, and found myself gulping it down. It is absolutely delicious! It has a smooth, mellow flavor and texture, reminiscent of French Vanilla, and to my delight, is not overly sweet like other vanilla-flavored beverages. Since it is a shelf-stable beverage, I plan to stock my pantry with a few cartons. It costs a bit more than other beverages, but I feel that it’s well worth the price.
