Baja Fresh – Wrapping Up Dairy-Free Burritos and Tacos

Eat Dairy Free - Your Essential Cookbook for Everyday Meals, Snacks, and SweetsUpdated 2020! Baja Fresh is a fast-Mex franchise with locations in the United States, Dubai, and Singapore. They unfortunately got rid of their extensive allergen chart online, but might still offer it in store.

We had to painstakingly go through each item on their site to put this list together, so hopefully it’s helpful for you! We also verified several items directly with the company. But as usual, always double check at the restaurant! Some items could be different at your location.

  1. Great site! Recently became allergic so finding it very useful! Do they say if the guacamole is dairy free by chance? I have asked and they claim it is, but its awfully creamy to not contain some sour cream… Thanks!

    • Hi, Dale!

I copied this information directly from the allergen chart Baja Fresh sent me, and guacamole isn’t listed anywhere on the chart. I wrote back to them and will post whatever information they send.

    • Dale,
Baja Fresh replied and stated that none of their guacamole contains dairy. They are testing a new guacamole recipe in a few markets, but the it does not contain dairy, either.
