Planet Smoothie

In September 2016, Planet Smoothie launched three new limited-time dairy-free smoothies in the U.S. Each vegan blend uses almond milk, the chain’s first ever non-dairy milk option. The varieties include:

  • Pineapple Tropi-Kale Twist: leaf greens, passion fruit, pineapple, and almond milk
  • Salted Peanut Butter Cup: peanut butter, sea salt, cocoa, bananas, vanilla, and almond milk
  • Strawberry Chia Chiller: strawberries, bananas, orange juice, chia seeds, and almond milk

Planet Smoothie says these almond milk varieties will be available until year end, but we hope that their popularity will make them a mainstay on the menu.

Beyond these temporary creamy options, they do offer several fruit-based and superfruit dairy-free smoothies.
