Zoup! Eateries are Soup Kitchens that Cater to Special Diets

Updated February 2022! If you stumble upon a Zoup! Eatery, I recommend wandering in for a look at their glorious soup board. Each fast-casual location offers about a dozen different soups daily, and they rotate often. Zoup has more than a hundred soup recipes in their revolving arsenal, and many of them are dairy-free. In fact, they label each soup for dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners. And yes, you can order your dairy-free soup in a bread bowl! See our full guide below for details.

Zoup Dairy-Free Menu Guide with Allergen, Gluten-Free, Custom Order, and Vegan Options

Zoup Dairy-Free Menu Guide with Allergen, Gluten-Free, and Vegan Options

As mentioned, the soups available at Zoup will vary by day and location. This is a full list of the options you might find. This menu guide includes dairy-free menu options first, followed by custom order components. Be aware of special order requirements in parentheses () next to the menu items, and see the Heads Up notes to help fill in the blanks.

Other Allergen & Dietary Notes: All items listed below are made without egg, peanut, soy, or tree nuts, unless otherwise noted. We’ve also noted which items are listed as gluten-free by Zoup. For vegan options, we’ve labeled the dairy-free guide below and have added a separate Vegan Menu Guide at the bottom of this post as a quick reference option.
