Zoup! Eateries are Soup Kitchens that Cater to Special Diets

If you stumble upon a Zoup! Eatery, I recommend wandering in for a look at their glorious soup board. Each fast-casual location offers about a dozen different soups daily, and they rotate often. Zoup has more than a hundred soup recipes in their revolving arsenal, and many of them are dairy-free. In fact, they label each soup for dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners.

Which Soups at Zoup are Dairy Free?

The list is long, very long. Honestly, you don’t want or need me to list them out. Because, as mentioned, Zoup! proudly places DF labels next to each dairy-free soup. Zoup’s best selling dairy-free soups are the White Chicken Chili and Mulligatawny. But they have dozens of other options to choose from. They aren’t all available at one time, but on any given day, each location is serving at least a few dairy-free soups and chilis. You can actually view the daily soups at your local Zoup on their website below, and you can order online.

Customize Your Dairy-Free Sandwich, Wrap, Bowl, or Salad

The Modern Tuna Sandwich is the only sandwich on the menu that’s dairy-free as is. But their Focaccia Bread, Ciabatta Bread, and Multigrain Wrap are listed as dairy-free. Their Extra 5-Grain Bread might also be dairy-free, but check in store. Many of their sandwiches can be made dairy-free without the cheese added.

They list their Garden Veggie Salad as dairy-free, when ordered with one of their dairy-free dressings. They usually have French Dressing, Lemon Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Raspberry Vinaigrette, and possibly others. You can also customize some of their other salads by ordering without the cheese, like the Roasted Chickpea & Hummus and Cranberry Almond Sonoma.

The Spicy Maple Grain Bowl is dairy-free on the menu, but their other grain bowls can be made dairy-free with cheese omission and a dressing swap.
