In the 2nd edition of Go Dairy Free: The Guide and Cookbook, I promised readers a bunch of helpful new support pages on my site. And this one is a little bit of an “extra.” I decided to whip up a printable dairy free pantry stocking list that will allow you to make any recipe in Go Dairy Free using the produce and proteins you have on hand. Being prepared is key with special diets, and nothing prepares you more than a well-stocked pantry.
The original all-inclusive list I created got a bit messy as I attempted to cater to various dietary needs. So I decided to break it up into 5 separate pantry stocking printables! Choose whichever list works for you. They include “Just” Dairy Free, Vegan / Plant-Based, Gluten Free, Soy Free, and Nut Free.
And of course, all of them are dairy free as long as you choose your brands wisely. You can find out the specific products I use in recipe testing here: Go Dairy Free Ingredients & Brands.
Go Dairy Free Pantry Stocking Lists for All
Produce and proteins (omnivorous or vegan) are typically dairy free by nature, so you can buy them fresh as you need them or when on sale. As for dairy alternatives, you don’t need store-bought. Go Dairy Free: The Guide and Cookbook has tons of recipes for all types of homemade milk beverages, creamers, sour creams, cheeses, butters, and more. And they are much easier than you might think! All you need is a dairy free pantry full of options and the rest is a breeze.

This is a terrific list. I love that it is so detailed. Your new book has so much wonderful information and recipes.
You’ve thought of everything Alisa! Ok, maybe I’d also request Paleo, but love the printables so it’s all clearly defined. Makes grocery shopping so much easier!
Haha, yes, I thought about that, but I don’t think there are enough paleo recipes in the book 🙂

Thanks Kortney! I actually use these lists sometimes myself – years later 🙂 Just to reset my kitchen.
