This little candy company keeps churning out new vegan offerings. Now offering around 10 varieties of dairy-free and vegan confections. All of which are handcrafted with high quality all natural ingredients. Made with a nut-coconut milk blend, their caramel is rich, buttery, and so creamy.

These artisan candy creations are crafted to feel as if the batch was made just for you. The chocolates and confections are made in small batches to ensure that they’re fresh and will melt in your mouth!

 Peanut Butter Pillows

Chocolate Inspirations Vegan & Dairy-Free Confections

Their peanut butter pillows are comparable to a Butterfinger. Though they have a denser texture and aren’t as sweet. They do have the irresistible flaky Butterfinger vibe yet it’s even more enjoyable! I can definitely imagine crumbling this atop some dairy-free ice cream for a decadent sundae.

Caramel Candy Bar

This thick block of caramel enrobed in of dark chocolate was SO satisfying and surprisingly not over the top sweet either, but just sweet enough. Such a simple bar, yet so perfect. The caramel was thick yet so creamy and lush.

Cinnamon Brittle

I loved the cinnamon spike of this thin chunky toffee. The warm notes to this traditional candy mellowed the sweetness a bit. This is an excellent option for those who don’t like overly sugary candy.

Cashew Brittle

Taking the indulgence factor up a notch, this brittle had a dark chocolate coating and in the the end was my top choice! The brittle itself had a nice sweetness that wasn’t too sugary, which was a perfect compliment to the dark chocolate layer. Most noteworthy was how well sweet mellowness of the cashews paired with the sweet brittle and dark chocolate coating. Each flavor came through and together worked seamlessly in delicious harmony.

English Toffee

Chocolate Inspirations Vegan Toffee and Brittle

This English toffee is Chocolate Inspirations’ best seller and I completely understand why! The thin toffee, the thick layers of chocolate, and the sprinkling of crushed nuts make up this tempting toffee. I loved the way the delicate toffee melded into the chocolate to create a sweet seamless confection. It was truly addictive, sweet, and indulgent.

Espresso Toffee

This toffee was thinner than the rest yet had a delicate crisp texture and rich buttery taste. The espresso taste was only slightly notable, however it still added some intrigue. I’d definitely recommend this one to any coffee lovers!

No more missing out on sweet caramels and brittles for us dairy-free folk! This little company, Chocolate Inspirations, is bringing us all of the sweet rich goodies and is doing it so well. We especially loved their indulgent (and addictive) brittles and can’t wait to try some more of their candy bars.
