Dream Oat Beverage Sets Itself Apart from the Other Oat Milks

By Alisa Fleming on June 14, 2019 Dairy-Free Milk Substitute Reviews, Product Reviews

Every dairy-free milk beverage brand is hot on the oat milk trend, and Hain Celestial is not about to be left behind. They’ve phased out many products over the past couple of years, but are kicking off a new generation of product launches with this Dream Oat Beverage line.

Dream Oat Beverage Review and Information - ingredients, nutrition, certification, and more on this dairy-free, nut-free, vegan oat milk line

Dream Oat Beverage Sets Itself Apart from the Other Oat Milks

Unlike most of the other oat milks on the market, Dream Oat Beverage comes in shelf-stable cartons, allowing you to stock up (and order it online!). And since they are in smaller, more affordable quart sizes, they also help to avoid waste.

Fortification seekers will be happy to know that each glass contains 25% of your daily vitamin D, vitamin B12, and calcium. If you have your eye on the sugars, then you might notice that the Original and Vanilla varieties contain no sweeteners, but still have added sugars listed. According to the company, this is why:

There are no sweeteners or sugar added to our Oat DREAM products (except for our Chocolate Oat Dream), mildly sweet taste of our Oat DREAM beverages comes from the processing of naturally occurring sugars in the oat itself.  In accordance with new federal regulations, this must be classified as “added sugar.”  We have updated our labels to reflect this new guidance and you may see total sugar and added sugar included on our labels.

Once you’ve tried it, let us know if they got it right by leaving your rating and review below!

Sorry but I regret buying this oat milk. I’m a huge fan of oat milk in general but this tasted like sour, watery, rice milk. 0/5
