Elmhurst Barista Plant Milks are Made to Steam, Foam, and Cream

Elmhurst Barista Series is a professional-grade line of plant milks made specifically for coffee. How do they differ from Elmhurst creamers?

According to a company representative the Barista Editions are specially formulated to perform to café standards. For example, the oat and almond varieties can be steamed to a fine microfoam for latte art. And all varieties are a little thicker, so that professional and at-home baristas can achieve the desired consistency by adding water. The Barista Ediitons are also created to be very neutral in flavor, so the flavor of the roast shines through.
