It is exactly like (cruel parmesan) but it does not have the lactose heaviness . I am in heaven cause Parmesan was my favourite cheese .

Follow your heart is my favorite dairy free cheese and the Parmesan was a life saver for me when I was first adjusting to my new diet. To me it tastes “real” like actual parmesan but it doesn’t shut down my lungs like the actual product would. My nephew often uses it on his food too and he is not a dairy free individual. 🙂
I have used the shreds in pasta a Number of times. It does get melty when heated. It’s nice on a salad too. I think I slightly prefer violife, but this is super convenient.
Makes me not miss Parmesan. It’s the only one we use in our house and I’m the only one that is dairy free. That’s really saying something.

I recently started using the shreds and it’s now a staple in our house. I use it on my dairy free Cesar salads, pasta, lasagna, etc.. even my dairy loving husband likes it! If I find the grated in any of my grocery stores, I’d try that out too.
