Updated October 2023! After we held our big dairy-free queso taste test, I added Good Foods Plant Based Dips to our product section. After all, they had two queso dips that ranked in our top five picks! But they offer several other dairy-free dip flavors, too, including Tzatziki, Cilantro, Buffalo, and now Dill Pickle. Their original line is made with nuts, but the Dill Pickle Chip Dip uses pumpkin seeds instead, and boasts an “allergen free” label. We have details on all current flavors below.
When Good Foods says Plant Based Dips, They Mean It
Unlike many other brands, Good Foods uses a base of cauliflower and nuts or seeds in their plant based dips, and shuns all additives and preservatives. Each variety is made with a keto-friendly blend of whole food dairy-free ingredients and spices. But use caution when purchasing dips from Good Foods. Some of their dips are dairy-based. Look for “plant based” on the label, and then confirm the ingredients, as always!

Delish!
I tried both quesos. The blanco was very jalapeno flavor and quite spicy, neither of which is for me. But the orange one is my new favorite! I pour it on everything. Great on vegetables.
