    Kedem Tea Biscuits (information DISCONTINUED)

Kedem no longer maintains a website, and does not have any product information available. So we can not accurately update and maintain this post. But we’ve still spotted these tea biscuits on Walmart and Amazon.

By Barb Nicoletti – Kedem Tea Biscuits are small little biscuits that come in several flavors: with Vanilla, Orange, Cappuccino, Plain and Chocolate, you have a selection to choose from. Served with a cup of tea or coffee, these little biscuits hit the spot for that afternoon sweet craving.

    Kedem Tea Biscuits

Costing around .79 cents a package and occasionally on sale for 3 / $1.00 this is a bargain for a quick snack.  Kedem tea biscuits are kosher parve, dairy free, egg free and are run on a nut free line.  My children love them, and it is a quick snack that I normally do not worry about giving them.  Pop them in a zip log bag, and we are off to run a few morning errands, and their little faces are not a mess when you arrive at your destination.   These little biscuits are great for little ones, low in sugar, very low fat, and with a calorie count of only 32 calories for 2 biscuits.

They have the texture of cardboard when handling them. The plain biscuits are lacking in the flavor section, so my pick would be vanilla or chocolate.  Make sure you have a drink handy; they can be a tad dry.

I’m not affiliated with the company Barbara – you’d need to check with them or an online retailer on this.

These biscuits are very tasty. My only regret is in the BA where I live they are $1.99 a pack. They are truly delicious.

I actually like the plain biscuits – if they were flavored, I’d want to eat more. As it is, it’s the perfect solution as I cut back on sugar. A couple of biscuits after dinner or before bedtime truly satisfies any sweet cravings I have, much to my surprise.
