Kite Hill Plant-Based Butter Alternative is a Cultured Almond Milk Spread

    0
By Alisa Fleming on September 30, 2020 Dairy-Free Butter Reviews (Spreads, Sticks & Oils), Product Reviews

Kite Hill Plant-Based Butter Alternative was supposed to launch in three buttery spread varieties: Original, With Olive Oil, and European Style. With the craziness of 2020, only one variety has been churned out thus far, but we are happy it’s the European Style.

True European-style butter is cultured butter that’s been churned long enough to achieve a higher butterfat content. This process isn’t very feasible without dairy, but many vegan brands are still seeking to mimic the sweet cream results. Kite Hill’s formula whips cultured almond milk with a blend of oils and a touch of cocoa butter for richness.

Kite Hill Churns Out European-Style Almond Milk Buttery Spread

According to the company, this buttery spread is very creamy and spreadable, but it’s also great for baking and cooking. Once you buy and try it, be sure to leave your own rating and review below to let us know if you think they’re right!
