Klimon Dairy-Free Ice Cream Churns Almond Milk into Decadent Pints

    0
By Alisa Fleming on May 23, 2022 Dairy-Free Ice Cream Reviews, Product Reviews

We’ve heard the claims before, but Klimon is adamant that their dairy-free ice cream is every bit as good as the real thing. They use a proprietary, almond-based recipe to create the rich consistency and creaminess of traditional ice cream, without a drop of dairy. And some store buyers seem to be convinced. Walmart and Gelson’s Markets have begun selling all five Klimon pint flavors.

    Klimon Dairy-Free Ice Cream Reviews and Info - almond-based, gluten-free, soy-free, vegan

I’ve tried them cause I saw it on tiktok I love it but the cherry bomb tasted not good at first it was ok but then the after taste hit it tasted like the after taste when you get sick but mellow out when put with vanilla ice cream. My favorites are morning brew(tasted great and was the first flavor I tried) and sunrise bang(nostalgia tasted like the orange creamicle that you ate growing up during hot summers)

    The worst

I was excited to find a vegan ice cream at Costco so I gave it a try. It is the worst vegan ice cream I’ve ever had and will be tossing all four pints. This has an awful aftertaste and was inedible for me.

Awful - tasted of rancid almonds

    Rated 1 out of 5
    May 13, 2023

Tried 3 flavors – crème brûlée which was super sweet at first, cherry Bomb which I was really excited about and the Mint Condition. All of them tasted ok at first but left a distinctive rancid taste at the end. Bought a competitor’s almond milk product and it was what I expected. Delicious. And no the product was not out of date code. Super disappointing

Basically the title. The texture isn’t bad, but the taste of the Sunshine Bang is horrible. Not orangey, just tastes like the smell of play-doh.

    Cherry Bomb is the BOMB

    Rated 5 out of 5

The Cherry Bomb is WONDERFUL! I’d love to try the Orange flavor but it is not sold locally. We’ve probably purchased more than 25 containers in the last year. Take it out of the frig, let it thaw a bit, and try not to eat the whole container.
