OWYN Plant-Based Shakes - ready-to-drink dairy-free protein drinks in 3 flavors

According to the company, each shake boasts 20 grams of vegan protein, over 500mg of Omega 3’s, and an infusion of organic greens. They’re also free of carrageenan, stevia, sugar alcohols, and artificial ingredients. And they do take food allergies seriously. On their website, OWYN states:

Even if a facility processes zero allergens, there is always a risk of unintended allergen contamination. This is why we test all ingredients before manufacturing and all final lots after production for top 8 allergen contamination. This means no dairy, no soy, no gluten, no egg, no peanuts, no tree nuts, no fish, and no shellfish. Testing is always performed by two independent third parties. The result? OWYN is a product that you can trust.

I love the taste (although the vanilla takes a bit of getting use to – it took me a day). I can drink it anytime and it’s so healthy for you.

Is there any chance for the said products to have fruit extracts? Cause I’m having a hard time about my food intake. I got a lot of food allergies which also includes fruits such as mango, pineapple, apple, oranges. I’m always starving to death. I’m desperately finding for some food supplements that could at least lessen my burden. It’s hard here in the Philippines since people here are not aware of food security especially those who got food allergies.

    • It has monk fruit extract (sweetener) and I’m not sure what the natural flavors are. You would need to check with the company regarding the source of that ingredient. I hope it works out for you!
