Punk Rawk Labs Dairy Free Nutmilk Cheeses (DISCONTINUED)

    7
By Alisa Fleming on October 14, 2015 Discontinued Products, Product Reviews

Punk Rawk Labs has gone out of business. For options that are currently available, see our Dairy-Free Cheese Alternative Reviews.

The artisan, hand-crafted nutmilk cheeses from Punk Rawk Labs are made simply with organic cashews, water, sea salt and culture. Yes, they are cultured for that extra boost of umami! At last check, They currently offer Original, Herb, Smoked, and Nacho (made with carrot juice and peppers!). Based on their popularity, I’m betting that more flavors will follow.

Punk Rawk Labs uses traditional cheese making practices to craft these authentic dairy-free cheeses. These wholesome cheeses are produced in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

Punk Rawk labs vegan cheeses are made where I live in Minneapolis. They were invented by a scientist and chef who began the company. Sold locally in Co Ops usually, They are awesome too especially the Original one. They cost a lot $12 for a little box, but so very good ,tangy, and spreadable. I have tried 3 kinds now and will review them here for you guys if you would like?

My husband and I attended the Twin Cities Vegfest and tried Punk Rawk Labs cashew cheese and it was amazing! It was a new flavor they didn’t even have a name for yet, but had sold out of all of their products and it was all they had left for people to sample. I can’t wait to go to a co-op and pick one up, delicious stuff!!
