Ripple Yogurt Alternative Relaunches with New & Much Improved Formula (DISCONTINUED)

    0
By Alisa Fleming on September 14, 2019 Discontinued Products, Product Reviews

Unfortunately, the second iteration of Ripple Yogurt still didn’t fare well. It’s been discontinued. See our Dairy-Free Yogurt Reviews for brands that are currently available.

If you had the chance to try Ripple Yogurt last year, you would probably agree that something was seriously off. It turns out the allergy-friendly company had success in product pilot runs, but serious quality issues when they scaled up to mass production. Co-founder Adam Lowry bravely stepped forward and stated, “we messed up.”

When they realized the problem, Ripple quickly pulled their dairy-free yogurt from distribution, and went back to the drawing board. The founders refused to give up on their probiotic ambitions. And Lowry is confident that their persistence has paid off.

We’re proud to launch a product that supports our food philosophy of making plant-based foods delicious, and we can’t wait for consumers to try our new Creamy Yogurt Alternative.

Ripple Yogurt Alternative Relaunches with New & Much Improved Formula

To avoid confusion with their past product, the new Ripple Yogurt Alternative has redesigned packaging and a “Creamy” label instead of “Greek-Style.” But it still comes in classic flavors that are light in sugars and infused with pea protein. Don’t forget to share your opinion on the taste of the new Ripple Yogurt in the ratings and reviews below!

    Allergen Note*

Ripple isn’t big enough (yet!) to have their own dedicated manufacturing facility. And some of the manufacturing plants they work with do handle top allergen ingredients, and they do share production lines with some top allergen ingredients. However, Ripple does have an extensive allergen management program in place to protect their ingredients and production lines from potential allergen contamination. You can read more about their Allergen Program.

    The best dairy free yogurt

    Rated 5 out of 5
    March 25, 2021

This is my all time, absolute favorite dairy-free yogurt! All the flavors are amazing. I love it piled high with gluten-free granola or fruit. It is thick like regular Greek yogurt with no odd aftertaste like other dairy-free brands have. Truly amazing product!

My favorite. I eat it every day. Weird but it seems 1 in 7 seem to be only half full.
