The Collaborative Chocolate Ganache Pots are Decadent Vegan Desserts

There have been some big changes at The Coconut Collaborative in the past year or so. In the U.S., they dropped the “coconut” from their name, and discontinued their yogurts. (They still make their Coconut Yog in Europe, where they still go by “The Coconut Collaborative”). But they’ve busily been working to grow their selection of desserts. Because of the changes, I’m updating our post on their “Little Pots,” which are now known as The Collaborative Chocolate Ganache in the U.S.

The Collaborative Chocolate Ganache Pots Reviews and Info - dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan. Flavors include Chocolate and Salted Caramel Chocolate in the U.S. (two additional flavors in Europe)

The Collaborative Chocolate Ganache Pots are Decadent Vegan Desserts

These refrigerated ganache pots are packaged like single-serve puddings, but the consistency is more like a rich mousse. Each dense spoonful is made with pure Belgian chocolate, but without a drop of dairy or the crack of an egg. If you buy and try any either of these vegan treats, be sure to leave your unbiased rating and review below!

Salted Caramel Chocolate Ganache Pots (24/01/2022)

I’ve occasionally found these delightful little morsels on offer in my local independent grocer (US).

If you need an utterly decadent few spoonfuls of dark chocolate bliss, this is for you! The consistency is like a velvety buttercream frosting, but with a slight bittersweet edge, not at all cloying. A delightful mini snack or reward for a job well done!

Delicious, rich little pots of dairy free chocolate heaven. I didn’t know ganache could be this tasty without the stomach pain.

Three & a half times the amount

Loved these; however, they are tiny (1.6 ounces equalling 3 TBSNs) at a steep price. I was able to recreate the base with 2 ingredients: 1 can 15 oz Coconut Milk & 7-9 ounces dark chocolate (or semisweet if preferred). Warm the coconut milk over stove, take off heat add chocolate, whisk and done. Can add salt &/or vanilla if you prefer. Pour into small 2 oz cups, fridge for 2 hours. Makes 14 cups vs the 4.

These were amazing! A bit steep of a price (£2.50 for the pack but I have seen them cheaper at Morrisons) but they’re so decadent and rich you really don’t need a massive portion. I would say it’s less like a mousse and more of a ganache, it’s not as bubbly / airy but it’s smooth and enjoyable none the less!
