Brown Bear Bento Snack Box with Rainbow Fruit Salad

If your bento box has additional compartments, you can also add 1 tablespoon hummus or dairy-free dressing and three mini sweet peppers, sliced into strips.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter, soy butter, or pea butter
- 3 graham cracker squares (gluten free, if needed)
- 3 banana slices
- 9 blueberries
- Fresh colorful fruit, chopped (such as raspberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, honeydew, blueberries, and blackberries)
Instructions
- Spread the peanut butter or school safe option on the graham crackers and place them spread side up in a single layer in a bento box.
- Place the banana slices and blueberries on top of the nutty butter to create eyes and noses that resemble bear faces.
- Put the colorful fruit In another compartment of the bento box to create a rainbow fruit salad.
