This quick almond milk is a piece of cake to whip up! Making your own nut milk is budget-friendly and you decide exactly what goes in. We love the naturally sweetened version of this, but feel free to use any sweetener you like – or none at all.

By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free,peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.
- 1 quart water, ice cold
- 1 cup soaked almonds, drained and rinse
- 2 tablespoons raisins or 1 tablespoon sweetener
- Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve, cheesecloth, nut milk bag, or clean dish towel.
- Transfer to glass jar & refrigerate.
