I bet you’ve never thought about snacking on broad beans (aka fava beans). Well Bada Bean Bada Boom, a Better Body Foods brand, aims to change that. They roast non-GMO beans with a touch of sunflower oil, rice flour, sea salt, and spices for a high protein, high fiber, and low carbohydrate snack. These crunchy munchies come in several flavors, all dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.

Ingredients have recently changed to include maltodextrin. So I limit how much I buy the product, definite sugar without it being listed

These beans are a go to for me. I sell them at work and they are a favourite. I find the high fibre means I can’t overeat them and the intense flavour and crunch mean I’m completely satisfied after eating them. I love that they are whole food with minimal processing. They are perfect to tuck in a purse or brief case for quick snacking on the run. My son also uses them as a nutrient dense snack when hiking and camping.
