Chocolate Inspirations Granola Bark (DISCONTINUED)

At first site I thought “what is this monster?” and even after several bites the only answer I could come up with was “delicious.” Jam packed with so many wonderful flavors, it is hard to describe this breakfast inspired dessert. Chocolate Inspirations Granola Bark is far too sweet (with a brown sugar-esque flavor) to label as health food, but the whole rolled oats, assortment of plump dried berries, seeds, and nuts actually filled me up with heartiness. It was simply marvelous and out of control addictive.

Unfortunately, I have this horrible habit of saving the foods I like best for last. After taste-testing this incredible bark, I neatly set it aside to be my final indulgence from Chocolate Inspirations. But, when my dad came for a visit, I offered him some (he is an oat-aholic, and I knew he would love it). Of course, the second I turned my back, he finished the whole bag! He had a big smile on his face as he simply said, “that was really good.” Guess I know what to get him for the holidays this year!
