Earth Balance Mindful Mayo makes You Think about Vegan Options

Eggs have been a trial and error thing in our household. I had an egg allergy as a kid, and still don’t feel great when I eat them. And Tony realized a few years ago that eggs really didn’t agree with him either. Consequently, we’ve tested quite a few vegan mayos over the years, and usually like them quite well. So I was excited to try Earth Balance Mindful Mayo.

Earth Balance Mindful Mayo Review and Information - vegan mayonnaise in two varieties

Earth Balance Mindful Mayo makes You Think about Vegan Options

We tested the Organic version, which is sadly no longer available. But I’ve heard that their other varieties are still quite good. We thought the organic one tasted a lot like Vegenaise, but just a touch thicker, a touch less sweet, and a little more lemony. It was delicious in this Cajun Coleslaw Salad Recipe. I imagine that the other Mindful Mayo varieties are similar. If you’ve tried either of them, leave your rating and review below!

We like the flavor and consistency, but it is just a little too sweet for some recipes.

Very disappointed. Olive oil is the 5th ingredient. Tastes alright but I wanted Olive oil mayo.
