Each simple flavors contains just 4 to 5 ingredients, and is sweetened solely with dates. The base is made with creamy organic coconut milk and flavored with pure foods that you could find in any kitchen, like vanilla, cacao, an coffee.

The Dairy-Free Dirt on Mud Ice Cream

Because it’s sweetened with dates, instead of snow white sugar or transparent agave, Mud Ice Cream is darker in color than you might expect. Hence the name! It’s also got a unique, underlying fruity sweetness that sets it apart from the more processed varieties on the market.

    Terrible product... mislabeling

    Rated 1 out of 5

I don’t recommend this product. I wish I could post pictures and reviews in other places. I bought the Muddy Monkey which advertises fudge swirls and brownie dough and literally had a not a single fudge swirl or piece of brownie dough anywhere. I reached out to the company and they gave me the excuse that their machine was messed up and they’re getting a new one And the next batch should be better. I asked if I could please try the new batch in order to inspire me to buy the product again. I was responded with “even if it doesn’t have fudge or brownies it’s still smooth and creamy therefore Our fans buy it again despite the dough ball inconsistency.” Another words they can’t back their product and were unwilling to make right this wrong. this is a borderline scam. Definitely false advertising and mislabeling and should be illegal. The most unfortunate part is that it’s a small business that I would like to support along with a healthy food options. Turns out it’s Just another company trying to take advantage of us folks that are trying to eat sugar free and healthy.

I never knew a frozen dessert could be so clean and so good. The coffee and vanilla flavors are the only ones I have had so far, but I love both. Honestly, I prefer them to most other ice creams.

I love this ice cream. This is perfect for folks on Whole30 or Paleo diets, or if you don’t want any sugar at all in your ice cream. I think this is the healthiest I’ve cream I’ve ever had. With a ton of food restrictions, I have a hard time being satisfied with the selection of certain foods. This made my day. No offending foods, and the only sugar is coming from actual Dates.
