Target’s plant-based efforts have been boisterous in the past few years, but most of their new releases focused on meat alternatives. They’ve had a dry spell of dairy alternatives since the big release of their dairy-free ice cream back in 2018. But the drought is over! Good & Gather Non-Dairy Cheese Shreds are now available at Target stores nationwide.
Good & Gather Non-Dairy Cheese Shreds Take Aim at Top Allergens
Target is truly listening to allergic customers and marketing feedback. Yes, it still has coconut oil in it (a solid oil is needed, so it’s got to be coconut or palm people!), BUT it’s top allergen-free AND legume-free! I know so many of you have been asking for this. There are no bean proteins of any kind in Good & Gather Non-Dairy Cheese Shreds. Their recipe is almost purely potato and coconut oil based. You can see the ingredients below and leave your rating and review once you try it!

I love these but yellow might not be gluten free
The yellow cheese has yeast extract in it. This is not a 100% gluten free ingredient when researched but it says gluten free on this website. It doesn’t say gluten free on packaging though. Very confusing ,
