Good Karma separated from Dean Foods last year, and they are officially moving on. They’ve launched their first new product line since striking out on their own, Good Karma Plantmilk. This new selection of beverages combines the creaminess of oatmilk, the protein of peamilk, and the Omega 3 richness of flaxmilk.
Good Karma Plantmilk Combines Three Dairy-Free Milks in One
This top allergen-free alternative boasts 800mg of plant-based Omega 3 fatty acids per serving, and is fortified with protein, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin A, and vitamin B12 to help rival the nutrition of dairy milk. The Original is reportedly quite neutral in taste, but you be the judge. Be sure to leave your own unbiased rating and review below once you try it.

Why did you change the consistency and recipe?
I have been buying Good Karma Flax milk for years and loving it. Recommended it to all my friends because it was so creamy like a milk shake. But recently, Nov 2022, I purchased 3 cartons of the original unsweetened. It’s like water, no longer the thick, creamy delicious recipe as before. Why!!!?????? I have no other option than to find a different brand. So sad.
Tastes good to me
I’ve tried the Original Plantmilk. I like the balance of protein, moderate sugar, and healthy fats, and the taste is good. Not as good as dairy milk, but still good. Works especially great with cereal, oats, etc. I like flax as the source of fat for the Omega 3s, but unfortunately that renders it unsuitable for baking.
Horrible taste
It may be healthy, but the taste is vile. Why can’t someone make a product that is healthy and also tastes at least good.
