Natural Bliss Oat & Almond Milk Creamers are Functionally Different

By Alisa Fleming on August 3, 2021 Dairy-Free Creamer Product Reviews, Product Reviews

You’ve probably seen Natural Bliss oat milk creamers and almond milk creamers in stores. But Natural Bliss Functional Creamers combine the two, and add some bonus ingredients to the equation. The Sweet Almond flavor is boosted with a little extra protein and MCT oil, while the Vanilla has a wee infusion of prebiotic fiber. They launched earlier this year, so we’re a little slow on adding them! But below is all of the information, plus an unbiased place for you to rate and review them.

Natural Bliss Functional Creamers with Oat and Almond Milk Reviews and Info - These dairy-free, vegan, plant-based creamers are boosted with protein, MCT, and/or fiber.

Natural Bliss Oat & Almond Milk Creamers are Functionally Different

Please note, the Natural Bliss Functional Creamers have different a different style of nutrition fact statement than their other creamers. We are sharing the standard creamer version, which is a 1 tablespoon serving. But they also have an “as prepared” side, which is 1/4 cup serving. The larger serving is more reflective of what you would use for the “functional” benefits. For example, 1/4 cup of the Sweet Almond contains 5 grams of protein and 3.5 grams of fat, and 1/4 cup of the Vanilla contains 3 grams of fiber.

    More Allergen Notes*

They do not appear to use certified gluten-free oats in this creamer line, and they are not gluten-free certified. So people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity should take note of potential cross-contamination. As for dairy, the company states the following with some of the Natural Bliss dairy-free creamers:

We have validated the cleaning procedures so there is no dairy left on the line when we run these non-dairy creamers.

But always check with the company if potential cross-contamination of any ingredient is a concern for you.
