Tasting Notes for Partake Foods Mini Cookies

I suppose these are mini cookies by diameter, but they are much thicker than your average little biscuit. They’re crunchy, but with a light, fresh texture. We enjoyed them with tea, and with a glass of unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage – for dunking, of course!

Sprouted Grain Chocolate Chip

I do like unique cookie flavors, but I couldn’t help it. This classic variety was my hands down favorite. The whole grain base is full flavored and perfectly sweet with just the right smattering of mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (cassava flour, sprouted buckwheat flour, sprouted millet flour, oat flour), organic cane sugar, non gmo expeller pressed canola oil, chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), gluten-free oat flakes, flaxseed, lentil protein, dehydrated pumpkin powder, dried plum juice concentrate, vanilla extract, sweet potato, baking soda, sea salt, rosemary extract. Made in a dedicated gluten-free, peanut-free and allergen friendly facility.

Carrot Oat

These have a carrot cake meets healthy cookie vibe. They’re rich with spicy cinnamon and have a wonderful light sweetness that satisfies for dessert, but isn’t over the top.

Sweet Potato Millet

The scent of these cookies is divine. Warm ginger melds with the earthy sweet potato base for a wonderful experience. I detected just a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste from the millet, but it melted away with a quick dairy-free milk beverage dunk.
